The User Support Services Helpdesk at Portland State University is the first stop for Faculty, Staff, and Students needing assistance with PSU technology resources. Helpdesk technicians are available to support and troubleshoot accounts and network connectivity for students, and provide in-depth hardware and software support for staff and faculty members. If you encounter failure of a critical system (such as Blackboard or the PSU Homepage being unavailable) outside of business hours, please call 503-725-4537 and select option '2' from the automated menu. An on-call technician will be notified of the outage.
