If you deleted an important file or folder from the I drive, or an important message from your email account, it may be possible to recover them. PSU backs up data on its servers nightly, and then retains that data for up to thirty days. Due to space constraints data older than thirty days is not retained. Since backups occur nightly, a file that was created and deleted during the same day will not be part of any backup, and thus cannot be restored.
If you need to restore files on your H: or I: drive, you may first try to restore them by following the instructions in this article:
