In an effort to provide better service to our customers, we are requiring authentication via Odin/OAM login credentials to our online forms utilizing the Central Authentication Service (CAS).
Authentication enables us to pre-populate form fields with customer contact information thus making the forms easier to fill out. The pre-populated fields can also be overwritten should the customer choose to change the information.
