Once you receive responses for your published survey, you have the ability to examine and analyze the results. In addition to viewing/analyzing your results within EFM Feedback, you also have the option of exporting your results in Comma Seperated Values(.CSV) to use in Microsoft Excel.

Once you have created and published your survey, the next step is to invite your participants to respond to the survey. You can accomplish this by creating a mailing list. The Mailing Lists gives the ability to maintain a list of e-mail addresses and fielded information that can be included in your e-mail notification and then passed into your survey. A mailing list may contain up to 20 fields beyond the e-mail address and Unique ID for information such as First Name, Last Name, etc.
